New for 2025, we've joined forces with Kate Risker (owner of the Acre & Shelter Pony Glamping site) for this beautiful and varied 12-mile in the foothills of the North York Moors. We ride up into Wykeham Forest via the pretty village of Sawdon and past prehistoric earthworks and the site of the very first manned flight, returning via deep valleys and pastures. The route includes a section on private land, by kind permission of the Dawnay Estates. Kate will provide a light lunch of drinks & food at the end of the ride (included in your entry fee). We will make a donation to the BHS from this ride as a 'thank you' for the excellent work they do in maintaining access to the countryside. The ride is led by Janet Cochrane and Kate Risker. Max group size 6. Entry fee �40.
