This 8-mile ride is designed to keep clear of muddy winter bridleways while giving horses and riders a workout! We park on hard-standing and follow quiet lanes to the village of Thixendale, with some fairly steep uphill and downhill sections. We include a lovely section along a gated road, with fabulous views across the Wolds and the Vale of York. Led by Janet Cochrane, start time 10am, entry fee �32.
