I recommend completing this before your session if possible as it will allow you to understand my unique approach to Goal setting better and give you a head start on our session.
Two types of session will be bookable on the day.
One is just an Individual session where I won't take any notes although your welcome too. As part of the second option you will be sent a plan afterwards.

I thought it would also be of interest to tell you a little about my Business and who you will be working with. Rider Mentality is an Equestrian Coaching Business specializing in Horse and Rider Mindset. I use my Master NLP training combined with my Centre 10 APEC (Applied Psychology for Equestrian Coaches Advanced Coach,) and BHS APC as well as ongoing development to help riders understand their current mindset. By having a greater understanding of this they can start to take more control allowing them to more consistently achieve their chosen outcomes.
