JANUARY 31st 2021 Tests - Class 1 starts 10AM. (final test time to finish no later than 4.30PM)
Class 1 Walk Trot Intro.A (2008) Class 1 combinations must not have won 2 Open Intro tests )
Class 2 Walk Trot Test Intro. C (2016)
Class 3 EXCLUSIVE � LegUp Progress Test entries will be limited to 6 competitors (horse and rider combination may not have been placed 1st or 2nd in any Prelim Dressage test if you win this test twice you will be asked not to enter again.) this test is designed to encourage riders to have a go at canter work asking for canter on only one rein of your choice. Class 4 Prelim 1 (2006) combinations must not have won 3 Open Prelim tests)
Class 5 Prelim 18 (2002)
Class 6 Pick a Test P13 (2006) or Novice 30 (2006)
Class 7 Pick a Test P12 (2005) Novice 27 (2007)
Entry Fees �10 Legup Members all others �12 per rider/class. (payable on the day) see notes below regarding withdrawal rules.
Rosettes 1st to 6th extra rosettes will be awarded if entry exceeds 12 (no class will be allowed to exceed 15 entries)
If entries exceed 9 per class a sash will also be awarded to the overall winner.
Highest placed Junior Rosette will be awarded to highest placed rider 12years or under .
Please note rider may wear spurs and carry a schooling whip. Gloves should be worn but may be of any colour (Bits only must be in line with BD rules) Please no bit rings. If unsure please ask.
All horses competing in classes must be 4yrs or over (birth date all classified 1st Jan in the current year) no horse and rider combination may enter in more than 3 tests per competition day)
Horses should be in a Dressage legal bit + no martingale to be worn. If you do not feel safe to do so, you may compete but will be awarded between 5 and 25 penalties on your score total for dressage illegal bits and 5 penalties for use of a running martingale/ 10 penalties for use of a standing martingale . (neck straps are acceptable)
Horses may not be lunged prior to competing unless permission is gained first.

Competitors will then pay for their tests on arrival on the competition day or may pay in advance if they prefer please state when booking (PLEASE DO NOT SEND ONLINE PAYMENT UNTIL ASKED MAKESURE YOUR RIDER NAME IS STATED ON YOUR BANK DETAILS/REFERENCE). if you would prefer rosette posting out please leave an A5 SAE or �2 to have it posted out.
Withdrawals � Please note anyone who has not notified legup regarding withdrawal by the Tuesday before the event by 11am will be expected to pay the competition fee (unless we are able to fill your place ). For those who book on and need to withdraw before the Tuesday 11am deadline there will be no charge for pulling out.
Covid Rules. Please keep 2m apart, only 6 riders allowed in warmup area at one time, only 2 helpers per horse, no dogs, spectators, Hand sanitizer will be available at the arena entrance. If you feel unwell please do not attend. Thank you.
