This slightly shorter route is ideal for those whose horses are building fitness. Starting from Middleton Top and approx 6 miles long this ride incorporates a very scenic portion of the High Peak Trail with commanding views across the valley to Matlock and beyond. Taking in part of the Midshires way and bridleways across open fields where there is an opportunity to canter if all riders are happy, it's a truly stunning route.
All riders must have their own BHS Gold or equivalent Public Liability Insurance. Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Group sizes are limited to 5+guide
