Additional Event Information

Dental care of the ridden and non ridden horse is vitally important to their wellbeing. This is the part of their anatomy that affects their eating and, for those that are ridden or driven, how the bit fits in their mouth. Horses are stoic animals and may often mask the signs of underlying dental pain. Tooth issues in horses are more common than you might realise and having a good dental routine for your equine friend is very important. Join BHS Dorset for an evening talk and presentation by veterinary surgeon, Antonia Milner of Summerleaze Vets on equine dentistry. The event is free but we are inviting donations which will go to the BHS Changing Lives Through Horses programme. Please select the ticket that offers the support you would like to give. With grateful thanks to Summerleaze Vets, Axminster for supporting this event.
