She holds her UKCC Level 2 as well as being a Master NLP Practioner, Trainer of Hypnosis and Life Coach. The talk will be looking to help you overcome your competition nerves whatever you're aiming for and whatever level your competing at. It will be helping you to tackle challenges by looking at things from a different perspective and hopefully provide you with the tools to face future challenges in a different way. www.louiseeinchcombequinecoach.co.uk Briony Witherow is an experienced registered equine nutritionist who is passionate about facilitating a link between research and real life, on-yard application. The talk for this event will be 'Feeding for Performance', whether that be pony club, riding club or otherwise. The talk will include a discussion on forage: hay vs haylage; improving hygienic quality and extending chew time; how to tackle common issues encountered when travelling, competing and staying away; feeding for fitness and muscle condition; and electrolytes: when, why and how to use them. www.practicalequinenutrition.co.uk As part of the evening we will be supporting Gaddesden Place Riding for the Disabled Centre (Regd Charity no. 1140330).�2 from every ticket will be donated to them.
