Hats & Body Protectors - Hats to Pony Club regulations and body protectors must be worn. However, no fixed peak or protuberance bigger than 5mm will be permitted. Harnesses must be correctly adjusted and fastened. If an air vest is worn it must have a body protector underneath it unless it is a combined air jacket and body protector (recent change to Rule 16 part 1V). Riders wearing Exo Body Cage protectors must inform the secretary at all events.
Tack and Dress Rules - Please make sure you adhere to tack and dress rules found in the current version of the Pony Club Eventing rules. The full 2018 version is available to download online. Medical armbands must be worn

Entries are only accepted on this basis. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
All Non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. Please ensure your insurance covers this event, such as BHS Gold or Countryside Alliance.
1. This event is organised by the Tetcott & South Tetcott Pony Club. These rules apply to all competitors, spectators or persons otherwise attending the event.
