Sue Chadwick will be holding a Grid Work Clinic in the morning and Pole Work Clinic in the afternoon at Woodnook arena.
Grid work is gymnastic jumping exercises to improve technique both for the horse and rider. It encourages the horse to jump out of a level balanced stride and to help to teach the horse to think for himself.
Pole work is using poles to improve rhythm and balance in the paces encouraging the horse to work from behind and over the back so improving muscle tone.
The clinics will be for an hour with no more than 4 riders in each class. The price is �20 for Holme Valley Riding Club Members or �22 for non members. Payment is on booking to secure your place.
