Additional Event Information

Pole work and gymnastic exercise clinic run by Alice Darby Equine Physiotherapist BHSAI. @ WHW Glenda Spooner farm Max 4 in a group Approximately 1 hour 30 Alice provides and interesting in sight from a Veterinary Physiotherapists point of view and has a unique way of looking at the horse and rider partnership. Alice has previously worked on various commercial yards teaching horses and riders of different levels and ability's and had various young horses producing them up to Elementary and BE100 level (aiming for Novice this season!). She believes riding should be fun at what ever level you choose, whether you want to go out eventing or hack round the countryside. Alice loves to facilitate a happy, fun and understanding horse and rider relationship through both physiotherapy and teaching. World Horse Welfare Glenda Spooner Farm is a lovely indoor venue with toilets, cafe and viewing area and is very popular with supportive grooms! EQUINE GYM CLINIC Pole work and gymnastic exercise clinic run by Alice Darby Equine Physiotherapist BHSAI. Sessions focus on understanding your horses movement, looking at common problems and giving you some inspiration for exercises you can take home to improve your horses strength and suppleness. There are different exercises and core themes each month, exercises are not overwhelming and can be adapted to all horse and rider combinations. An interesting insight from a Veterinary Physiotherapist's point of view, Alice has a background in teaching with a friendly, fun and inclusive approach this clinic is suitable for anyone wanting to understand and improve their horses way of going.
