Clive Milkins is the Para-Dressage High Performance Program Technical Leader for Canada. He is responsible for leading the delivery of high performance coaching and technical strategies across the Para- Dressage National Team Program, which includes the Talent ID, Development and National Squads. He works using a relaxed atmosphere. Group sessions are �30 per person - 1 hour sessions,4 riders of similar ability.
