An informative, fun and interactive lecture and demonstration.
Spend an afternoon learning how the rider�s seat and back work � and what the Seat actually is.
We will show you how the rider�s seat and back work on and off the horse and demonstrate how positional weaknesses and faults affect the horse and his way of going.
You will also see and learn how to improve your balance, control and suppleness to aid your riding.
Tickets are �10/person. Please pm to book on. Tea/Coffee available. Please bring lots of warm clothes.
